Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or special promotions.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3–4 business days. Please note that this delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Delays and Liability
Grow Labs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has been handed over to USPS, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
